Natalie Pietrzak graduated from UMass Amherst and is currently finishing up her MBA through the Isenberg School of Management. While in school she launched her career in the world of event planning, orchestrating fundraising events with St. Judes Hospital. She then went onto the busy world of public relations, making a name for herself by planning events for high profile clients in the fashion, health and restaurant industries in Boston. She is an active supporter of the community, attending monthly events, and is a involved member of several event associations in the Greater Boston area.

Natalie is extremely passionate about working with the Children's Hospital Boston. 100% of proceeds from her events benefit charity. Her passion surrounds non-profit organizations such as the Good Samaritans, St. Jude's, City Year Organization and The American Pancreatic Associtation. She hopes to one day open her own event planning company working only with non-profit organizations and is greatly looking forward to her charitable activities during her reign as Miss Mass USA 2012.

Natalie is a first generation American, whose parents originally came from Poland. She credits her parents teaching her a sense of humility and drive. Her parents coming here with little means taught themselves English and established their notable careers as Engineers. They are truly an inspiration for her hard work and perseverance. She speaks Polish fluently and travels back each year to spend time with her family. She loves experiencing new cultures and has even backpacked across Europe, staying in hostels and soaking up the unique foods, languages and environments of each region.

Aside from her parents, Natalie credits her strong business acumen and passion for success to her sister Monica Pietrzak who was titled Miss Connecticut USA in 2009 and went off to place in top 15 at Miss USA. Monica remains her biggest mentor, coach and best friend. She is so excited to share this experience not only with her but the rest of her friends, family and supporters.
